To be honest it might be painful when Breaking down fat during wood therapy massage may cause discomfort due to the release of toxins and the manipulation of the underlying tissues. The pressure applied during the massage, especially on areas with concentrated fat deposits, can trigger sensations of tenderness or pain. However, this discomfort is typically temporary and may be indicative of the body’s natural response to the therapeutic process of eliminating toxins and reshaping the tissue.
